Questions to Ask: Are you Licensed?
A broker is required by law to have authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Our License is MC425579
When do you charge a deposit?
We don't charge your credit card until a truck confirms that they will pick up your truck. Many companies charge immediately. That is against Visa, MasterCard and American Express regulations!
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel without penalty at any time, as long as we haven't dispatched your order to a truck. Most companies charge you a cancellation fee.

Our Experience: We have more than 11 years experience, and take pride that we are one of the VERY few in the truck shipping industry, who quote prices based on what the trucker requires. NOT a low-ball price just to get your order. We tell you the negatives as well as the positives. If you order with us, great. If you don't, we hope we have educated you to ask the right questions, and avoid the questionable companies. FREE QUOTE

Make sure the company you use, KNOWS what they are talking about! They all say "Your truck is FULLY INSURED. What they don't tell you is that the insurance ONLY covers transportation damage or loss from an accident. Road hazards, acts of God, etc. are NOT covered. Damage to anything under the vehicle is not covered. Some tell you your truck is insured up to $50,000, some say up to $250,000. This is how it works. A truck has a specified amount of CARGO insurance. That amount is what covers the ENTIRE load he is transporting. If he has $250,000 of coverage, that is the total for the LOAD, not each vehicle. They tell you they have a network of 1500, 2500 or 5000 trucking companies that they use. Truth is, WE ALL USE THE SAME TRUCKING COMPANIES. They offer you EXPEDITED SERVICE with a HIGHER deposit. What does the deposit have to do with it? The key is HOW MUCH MONEY IS BEING OFFERED TO THE TRUCK. There isn't any reason why the broker should get more. If you want it EXPEDITED, we'll tell you how much more the TRUCK should get. They tell you THEY allow or authorize you to put contents in the cab or bed of your truck. It is against FEDERAL REGULATIONS to put anything in the vehicle. They don't tell you that a truck may refuse to pick up you truck, or they may charge you extra. They are telling you what you want to hear just to get your order. |
